From the Crenshaw District of Los Angeles, California to the historic roads of Jackson Mississippi, then the Rocky Mountains of Fayetteville Arkansas, and back, Important Jordan’s journey has been FULL …and it’s only the beginning. 

Actor, Comedian, Jordan Williams is from Los Angeles California. Jordan’s training began at Amazing Grace Conservatory in Los Angeles. Jordan studied journalism at Tougaloo college in Jackson Mississippi. He held a year long Acting Apprenticeship at New Stage Theatre in Jackson Mississippi. Jordan earned his MFA in Acting from the University of Arkansas in 2023.

Jordan began doing stand up comedy as a Crenshaw High School senior in 2014. Since then he’s performed in comedy clubs such as the J-Spot in Inglewood, The Comedy Union and The Comedy Store in Hollywood. Throughout his entire academic career Jordan has been producing his own comedy shows and networking with comedians across the country. While encountering many phases of culture shock jordan used stand up comedy to theraputiclly proccess through all of his growing pains. 

Recently, Jordan played Claudio in the Arkansas Shakespeare Theatre Festival 2022 production of Much Ado About Nothing by William Shakespeare.
